Oh my gosh, the vibe here was, like, totally amazing! The staff was super friendly, especially Martin who helped me with food recs and late checkout. My room was so comfy, and the breakfast was, like, delicious with fresh fruit and local goodies. The whole place is, like, stunning with that colonial architecture!

The rooftop pool was nice, but the communication about extra fees was poor.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere, and breakfast offered a delightful mix of local flavors and fresh options.

Housekeeping was occasionally intrusive, moving personal items and making it feel less private. Also, the rooftop pool was not working during my stay, which was disappointing given the hot weather.

Staying with 20 family members was a blast! The location is perfect for exploring the historic walled city, and the rooftop pool offers a nice place to chill after a day out. The decor really creates a warm vibe and made us feel at home.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast could use more variety.

Group stay was unforgettable

First of all, I was welcomed with a refreshing fruit smoothie, it was revitalizing. Plus, the staff was super attentive, especially Christian who was always ready to help, I must have called him multiple times and he never got annoyed.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was worth every penny.

Everything about my recent stay was incredible! The rooftop pool area was very nice, just missing a jacuzzi. The breakfast was a la carte and absolutely fantastic!
